-Snatch- After 60%, singles up to heaviest for day with 3-5% increases per set
-Clean & Jerk- After 60%, singles up to heaviest for day with 3-5% increases per set
-Pause Back Squat- 3 x 3
-Back Squat- 80% (of Pause BS wt) x 5 x 3
-SLDL- 4 x 5
