-1:10, 1:12, 1:17, 1:20, 1:35- middle 3 sets felt the best on snatches, missed 1 snatch on first and last sets, all pull ups unbroken mix of butterfly and kip, need to focus on butterflies when fatigued
D1- Minimum 15 minutes of mobility work, primary focus on hips- Completed
