Friday- 5/20/11- Team prep for regionals

21/15/9- 285# deadlift, 30" box jump- 4:48

20 cal row, 30 burpees, 30 g2o (45# dumbbells), 30 t2b, 100 ft overhead walking lunge (45#), 150 ft sprint- 9:56
-Didnt sleep worth a crap after the wods came out and didnt feel like I could go into top gear today.  Lots of dumbbell work ahead!

  1. I'm sure that will still be good training for us "little" people who aren't going to regionals?

There will be some differences in the training as it will be specifically directed at the movements announced in the regional wods and the last week prior to regionals will be notablly less volume. However, I believe it will still be sufficient training for people not going to regionals. I would encourage you to hit the regional wods at your own gym while they are occuring just to get a feel of what that looks like.
