A- 30/20/10 reps of: Burpees (regional standards with jump onto 2- 45# plates), dumbbell G2O (45#), toes to bar- 15:41, tough wod, very grip intensive, burpees were easy and used them as rest time on the last two sets, sets of 30 and 20 G2O were 10/10/10, and 10/10, last set were 5/5
B- Minimum 15 min mobility work- done
