-2:18, mostly singles on the sdhp, need to focus on not bending arms before hips are fully open, gonna incorporate more short sprints, broad jumps, and various intervals into training from now on. Great couple days of training with McG and big thanks to Nate Schrader who programmed the wods for Mike! I always learn alot when I get to train with Mr. McGoldrick and just competing against him makes me push much harder, can't wait to see him throw down at regionals!
