| -7:19, goofed up the run and did 100m out n backs, but still a tough wod. Took it easy on the runs, had the bar built around 4 min, so about a 3:19 Fran, current PR is 3:11. Everything UB except last set of pu's 6/3. Was able to do all butterfly pu's and keep the rhythm up. |
