Monday- 07/04/11- Active Recovery- 26 days til Cali

A. 10-15 min handstand walk/ butterfly pull up practice- done, still need lots of work on handstand holds/walks
B. 20 min row @ Z1- 4900 m, felt very comfortable the whole time, making progress on rowing form, kept pace around 2:00-2:05 majority of time
C. 3 sets- 30 ghd sit ups, rest 1 min- UB and fast
D. Minimum 15 min mobility work- done
