Strength
High-Bar Back Squats: 1X5 @ 65%, 1X5 @ 70%, 1X5 @ 75% – rest 2-3 minutes between sets.- 210, 225, 245

Conditioning
Open WOD 12.4
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
150 Wall balls 20/14# 10/9′
90 Double-unders
30 Muscle-ups
