1b) 3X25 UB KBS – heaviest possible, rest 90 sec.- 2 pood all sets, UB, UB, 21/4- grip shot
Notes: If the biggest bell you have (gentlemen) is a 32k, you may have to duct tape more weight to it. This should be the ABSOLUTE most weight you can use, and technique should be clean for EVERY REP.
