Not super sore from last weekends comp but didnt want to push it super hard today, so just did the metcon and some mobility. 7:50, Mu's were UB/3,4/3,2,2. Thrusters were UB/UB/11,10. First two rounds felt good but the wheels feel off on round 3, wasted about a minute staring at the rings before starting the third round.
